4. Legal Basis for Processing

The collection of information is based on your explicit consent when filling out a form on the Site, as well as the need to perform our engagement with you and legal obligations (such as issuing an invoice).

• Cardcom, the payment processor, solely for the purpose of completing the payment.

Upon delivery of the completed project and full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the final deliverable.

6. Limited Liability

The site and services are provided "AS IS". The Company will strive to deliver quality, reliable service, but will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damage arising from use of the services, including loss of profits or data.

The Company's liability under an engagement is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service in dispute.

7. Confidentiality

The Company commits to keeping confidential any business information shared with it during the work. The client commits to keeping confidential the Company's working methods and tools.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed solely by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
